Smith presented a webinar titled “Tips for Successful Contract Negotiations for Doing Business in the U.S. in 2016” to  foreign software companies that do business in the U.S.  In the webinar she discussed Non-Disclosure Agreements, Non-Competition Clauses, and shared insight for negotiating contracts with large U.S.  customers.
