Gabriela Smith recently shared her perspectives as a Millennial in the marketplace at TEXAS LEAD, an event organized by Prospanica (formerly, National Society of Hispanic MBAs). The event was held at Yum Brands HQ in Plano, Texas, and received support from brands such as Yum Brands, Coca Cola, CA Technologies, Cigna, and Toyota.
During her panel presentation, Gabriela highlighted the need for cooperation and communication in multi-generational teams and provided tips to Millennials on how to engage and work with members of different generations and backgrounds.
