  • About Paul
Paul Curtis brings over two decades of experience as a corporate attorney and business owner. Paul has concentrated his practice on serving as outside general counsel for small to mid-size companies. He previously served as In-House Counsel for a start-up digital media publisher and transmedia content studio. There he focused on licensing, branding and content development, negotiations, and the creation of digital rights management strategy and business development plans. Before that, Paul served as a Counsel and Deal Manager for a legal services start-up where he directed content development and corporate transactions.
Paul has also owned his own companies.  His first company was a software development company that created educational civics games for high school-age children used by the University of Pennsylvania and the Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands. His latest company, Verze, offered after-school programs and events focused on teaching kids how to code and use technology effectively.
Paul attended Yale University, where he graduated with a BA in History, and then attended the Beasley School of Law at Temple University where he graduated with honors and served as an editor of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. After leaving law school, Paul practiced corporate and securities law at two of Philadelphia’s most prestigious law firms.
Paul loves to cook and enjoys coaching youth soccer. He helped to found and served on the board of his local soccer club and remains active on the pitch.
